
Type1 – NeiDan/XiuDao : The way of Self Nurturing and Internal Transformation
Session focused on developing an holistic point of view of the Team participants through QiGong, Meditation and Taiji exercises.
Goal: Increase listening skills among co-workers and release the tension from Work.

Type2 – Self Defence Session: Fundamentals of Fighting and Defence
An energetic Team Building session to learn self-defence basics. A fun practise to release tension and re-charge.
Exercises will include techniques from different martial Arts (KravMaga, Kungfu, Judo).
Goal: Give to the participants a set of primordial effective defensive techniques.
